Order
When an order is placed through the KIWI.LT order form, all orders are final. Please make sure you are aware of the terms and conditions before ordering. If you have any questions in regard to the products then please feel free to call us and talk to one of our friendly team who will be able to answer any questions prior to placing an order.
Email Proof
You will receive a free proof form for each order. Proofs provided by KIWI.LT are an indication of the final printed product only. Variations in colour or trim can be a result of the printing process. No reprints at our cost will be printed.
Payment
Payment in full should be made prior to any printing.
Payment in full should be made prior to any commencement of artwork or logo design. In the rare case the client is unhappy with the finished artwork, a 25% refund will be given.
Colour Variations
Print colour may vary from different printing process and paper stocks, from time to time. If corporate colour matching is required, please provide the PMS (pantone colour) when submitting your job. Pantone colour matching will incur a 10 Euro fee. While our team at KIWI.LT pride's itself on colour matching, an excact match is not garanteed.
No reprints at our expense will be printed.
Trimming of Printing
All printing products are trimmed. Trimming of printing products may shift up to 1mm in any direction.
No reprints at our cost will be printed.
Designed Artwork
Artwork designed by KIWI.LT remains the property of KIWI.LT until paid for in full. Once the client is happy with the finished artwork and once it has has been paid for in full the finished artwork is then owned by the client and we can then supply a copy of the flattened artwork to the client.
Any future orders of the same printing product with the exact same design will incurr no artwork fees. Three changes are provided at no charge. Artwork will be extra if needed less than 2 working days.
KIWI.LT design services can take up to 3 working days, and will vary depending on workload.
If the client is unhappy with the finished artwork a 20% refund will be given, once the refund is given the artwork will remain the property of KIWI.LT.
Accepting Proofs
When accepting artwork proofs from KIWI.LT, you are held fully responsible for accepting all content. This includes design, spelling, grammar and numbers. We will print exactly what is accepted in the final proof. No reprints at our expense will be printed.
Submitting DIY Artwork
Customers who upload their own DIY artwork are fully responsible for the end result of printing. Customers are reminded to submit print-ready artwork with the correct specifications as outlined on our DIY Artwork Guidlelines.
You will receive a free artwork proof by email which you will need to approve before printing can commence. KIWI.LT will print whatever you submit, and KIWI.LT is not reponsible for artwork mistakes. No reprints at our expense will be printed.
It is your reponsibilty to ensure that any artwork that is submitted is not in violation of any copyright laws. We assume that your artwork is legally yours.
Delivery
Please ad an additional 1 working day to your order if you require delivery to Northern Ireland. Orders outside of N.I. will be posted once the job is completed, express post will incur a small fee.
KIWI.LT will not be held liable for printing products that are lost, damaged or delayed when delivered by post or courier.
